WAREHOUSE ADMIN ASSISTANT (ENTRY LEVEL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaising with Customers / Colleagues Regarding Picking Orders
• Print out Shipping and Product Labels
• Prepare Final Pick List
• Plan and Organise work flow for picking process to be complete
• Handling Documentation DO / PO/Customs Permits / Cargo Release Order
• Inventory Control – Data Entry into Logfire WMS
• Email and Telephone support for operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic Warehousing or Logistics knowledge
• Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience
• Meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
• 2 Vacancies
• 0830 to 1730hrs (Mon ~ Friday)
• 0830 to 1230hrs (Saturday)
• Only Singaporeans are welcome to
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, Outlook
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong Pier
• Lots of Overtime
• NON AIR CON Warehouse Working Environment
• Full-Time position
